Independent providers

Providers are independent businesses. The site does not guarantee acceptance, availability, price, product/service quality, credentials, schedule, delivery, workmanship or results.

Jewellery purchase limitations

The site is not an appraiser, jeweller, gemological laboratory or investment adviser. It does not guarantee quality, authenticity, price, resale value or grading accuracy. Jewellers remain responsible for product descriptions, origin/treatment disclosures, grading documents, precious-metal quality marks, pricing and sale terms.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, or provide information you do not have authority to share.

Privacy

Personal information is handled under the Privacy notice. Providers are expected to comply with the Provider rules.
